Putting yourself first
– so caring becomes easier

Hi Reader

How are you?

Caring can be all consuming that your life is not your own anymore. We can be pulled sideways, putting everyone before ourselves and then feeling exhausted.

But there are better ways to care, so that you feel better, and then find time to even enjoy life – and it’s important that you do.

Join me for an online talk this Friday 17th at 2pm, to learn why carers struggle and the ways to overcome. I’m very excited because this talk is what I needed whilst I was caring! And maybe I wouldn’t have fallen ill and suffered so much. Click here to register and I look forward to seeing you.

Also, the Carers UK Annual Conference is coming up on Tuesday 28 April, 10am-4pm. There will be many talks and ways to connect to help you, click here to reserve your spot.

Finally, discover the effective online course for Carers
It’s packed with all Carers need to know, deeper insight, and solutions so you can enjoy life. Click here to find out more

And the Award Winning Book
The ‘go-to’ for all carers. Full of short sharp chapters with easy ways to improve your life. Click here

Lots of love,
Sara x
